I am completely pleased with how the whole purchase and delivery process went. Sue is very personable and pleasant to deal with. Her partner company, Backyard Creations, LLC, is also very easy to work with. Worked with Jake to ensure that the build order would be exactly as we expected. He is very pleasant also. We also came to an agreement to have his crew do an upgrade on my existing garage to match the new shed. Junior and the crew that came down with delivery and to do the work were awesome! They are very polite and VERY hard working!!! I wasn't really "inspecting", but when one of the crew put up a piece sheeting over a header that wasn't an "arrow straight" cut, Junior noticed right away. The piece was pulled off and trimmed two more times to make it exactly right. They could have left it as it would have been covered by the siding, but that's not how they work/do business. I watched exacting measurements, cuts and placement throughout the build. I also highly recommend Dylan and ZimPro, another local business that came and did the pad prep for the shed. Those young men were also squared away. Highly recommend Rockhold Sheds, her partner, Backyard Creations and ZimPro.
